    This month we profile Wenzel Coaching's newest coach, Laurel Green. Laurel helps people to enjoy cycling in a wide variety of ways, whether it is coaching up & coming racers to their first win in a major road race, or teaching bike safety clinics to students in the district where she works full time as a teacher. Laurel brings together her experience as an elite competitor on the NRC race circuit with her degrees in Psychology and Kinesiology to help clients maximize their abilities.     Power-training Tip of the Month
    Use your power-meter's memory function to it's best effect: Don't just upload the data and walk away. Review the ride. Did you do what you were supposed to do? Did you hold the suggested cadence? The suggested power or heart rate? It is possible for a skilled rider to maintain power within just a few watts and heart rate within a few beats for many minutes at a time? How do you do at this?
