Speed
Century Programs
If you’ve been doing a fair amount of riding
including one or many centuries and are ready for
the next level in riding, this is the program for
you.
Based on our periodized racing programs but with a bias towards
endurance events, this year round program will guide you as you
develop the endurance base, rapid recovery and comfort on the bike to
routinely finish 100 mile bike rides faster.
The Speed
Century program can also transform into an Ultra-Century program for
those wising to complete longer events such as double-centuries and
the various super hilly 100+ mile rides. The Speed Century program can
also potentially be a natural lead-in to a racing program for those
contemplating toeing the start line.
Available at Individual and
Semi-Custom levels.
Custom level programming for riders
focusing on gaining speed and strength for Century and endurance
riding is also available.
